Junk ‘anti-survivor’ norms in POSH cases, HC urged

Questioning the “veil of anonymity” for the accused, some 40 organisations have urged the Bombay high court to withdraw “anti-survivor guidelines” issued recently by a single judge under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) or POSH Act, 2013.
