Stubble fire spots back on NASA satellite

Scattered farm fire events in both Punjab and Haryana have now started showing up on NASA’s VIIRS satellite imagery, with over 200 farm fire counts already recorded in Punjab’s Majha region since September 1, an analysis carried out by Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) showed.
