Just 30% of Delhi pollution of its own making: Gopal Rai

Pointing out that external pollution sources were hampering the city’s air quality and contribution from local sources was much lesser, environment minister Gopal Rai on Thursday urged the Union environment minister to call a meeting with the NCR states to prepare an action plan to tackle pollution in the region.
