'Maha govt trying to delay probe into ex-home minister'

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday argued that the scope of its investigation into its FIR against former Maharashtra Home Minister (HM) Anil Deshmukh has already been clarified by the high court in its July order on the request of the State.
