Mumbai: Crackers back with a bang despite SC curbs

Despite a Supreme Court order early this week curbing the use of crackers across the country, the city was filled with the sound of fireworks on Diwali on Thursday. Residents of Worli, Byculla, Parel, Andheri, Malad, Borivli, Chembur, and even Navi Mumbai and Thane, reported loud, incessant sounds beyond 10pm.
