Param Bir moves court to cancel absconder order

IPS officer Param Bir Singh, through advocate Mangala Gunjan, on Thursday moved an application before additional chief metropolitan ma-gistrate S B Bhajipale for cance-llation of the order to declare him absconder. Bhajipale asked the state to file a reply. The matter is likely to be heard next week. Gunjan refused comment, saying the matter is sub judice.
