'60.1L in 15-18 years group eligible for vax in Maha'

The state has 60.63 lakh adolescents in the age group of 15-18 years who will be eligible to get the Covid-19 shot, while the number of senior citizens with comorbidities qualifying for a booster dose is projected to be 29.09 lakh. These population estimates were shared by the Centre with the Maharashtra government on Tuesday in order to begin preparations for the expansion of the drive.
