Delhi: 5 held for bid to extort Rs 2cr from Union min

After a weeklong chase, Delhi Police has arrested five men for allegedly blackmailing junior home minister Ajay Mishra Teni and trying to extort Rs 2 crore from him, reports Rajshekhar Jha. The tech-savvy gang was difficult to catch as they covered their tracks by using proxy servers and "technically creating confusion" over their location while making the calls.
