Maha: Signal jumping, lane cutting offences increase by over 100%

Traffic challans issued for speeding grew 17 times in Maharashtra over the past two years, data with the state traffic department shows. Around 1.09 lakh speeding challans were issued in January-November 2019, which has surged to over 17 lakh challans in the same period this year.
