Reopen school, colleges, Delhi govt asks panel

Environment minister Gopal Rai, who held a meeting with various departments on Monday to review the air pollution situation, said his department had forwarded the education department's proposal to the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining areas (CAQM) for reopening of schools and colleges. Another review meet would be on December 16.
