3,194 new Covid cases in Delhi, positivity nears 5%

Delhi recorded 3,194 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday, with a test positivity rate of 4.59%, the highest single-day spike in cases since May 20. It was the ninth consecutive day of tallies not seen since May or June.
