'Cold day' conditions likely to persist in Delhi

The spell of “cold day” continued in Delhi for the third consecutive day on Wednesday. Parts of the national capital even witnessed “severe cold day” conditions. Any significant relief is unlikely on Thursday as India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted “cold day” conditions at isolated places.
