'Property tax waiver to cost BMC Rs 463 crore'

Chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday announced a complete waiver of property tax for all homes measuring less than 500 square feet in the city.“The property tax waiver will be applicable from January and this time it is a complete waiver,” BMC chief Iqbal Chahal told TOI.
