PUC cert to be must for getting fuel in Delhi

You may soon be refused a refill at fuel pumps if your vehicle doesn’t have the Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate. Delhi government has decided to make the PUC certificate mandatory to get petrol, diesel or CNG at filling stations.
