Rain adds to Covid gloom, mercury dips in Delhi

The city woke up to a gloomy morning on Wednesday and recorded 7.3mm rain. This led the daytime mercury to fall 7 degrees Celsius compared with Tuesday, making it one of the lowest recorded maximum temperature of the season.
