‘Sex harassment claims at drop of a hat’ irks Delhi HC

Delhi High Court has expressed anguish at women invoking sexual harassment allegations “at the drop of a hat” to register displeasure at the conduct of another person. This merely trivialises the offence of sexual harassment and harms women empowerment, it said.
