Delhi cop gives rural students a shot at life in library

A library-cum-study centre, the brainchild of Sonu Bainsla (35), a sub-inspector in Delhi Police, has metamorphosed from being an old panchayat to a place teeming with students from Ganauli village in Ghaziabad and elsewhere within a few days. It has now become a model that has been emulated by about 250 villages in UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and as far as Maharashtra.
