Delhi riots: Victims face struggle for survival

He was just 15 years old when he was shot at during the northeast Delhi riots two years ago. The family of Mohammad Sameer, who is paralysed below the waist, has exhausted almost all its savings and the compensation amount from the government on the teenager’s medical treatment.
