Man-made hurdles delay Delhi wetlands' notification

The International Wetlands Day on Wednesday comes as a reminder that wetlands in Delhi are marred by encroachments and pollution, which is delaying the process of notifying them. Lack of manpower to manage the wetlands, and the Covid pandemic have only made the matter worse, say officials.
