NCR: Structural woes in flat? Rera can step in till 5 yrs

The cave-in at Chintels Paradiso on February 10 that killed two residents of the Gurgaon condominium has led to a chorus of demands from residents across NCR for structural assessments of buildings as well as questions about the redress mechanism when an apartment shows defects but the builder doesn't respond.
