AAP seeks SC's directions for 'free & fair' Delhi polls

Alleging that the State Election Commission (SEC) arbitrarily deferred the municipal elections in Delhi at the last moment on the basis of "unofficial communication" from the Centre, Aam Aadmi Party has moved the Supreme Court against the poll body for allowing "interference" in discharge of its constitutional duty and sought directions to hold the polls as per the schedule in a free and fair manner.
