Delhi: UAPA accused granted parole for son’s last rites

A Delhi court has granted custody parole to a UAPA accused to perform his son’s last rites, saying that human rights cannot be negated because the man is facing trial for a serious offence. The accused had sought custody parole for a period of seven days after his 11-year old son’s death.
