Mumbai: 3 held for death of labourers in septic tank

Three persons were arrested on Friday for the death of three labourers engaged in manual scavenging at a septic tank, adjacent to a public toilet, at Kandivli. Nizamuddin Khan was the caretaker to whom BMC had handed over the toilet, Dharamji Rana was a sub-contractor who looked after day-to-day operations of the toilet, and Krishnamurthy Sandan had got the labourers.
