A third of faculty posts at AIIMS-Delhi lying vacant

More than one-third of faculty posts at AIIMS Delhi, the country’s premier medical institute, are lying vacant. The institute has 1,131 posts sanctioned for different faculty positions – assistant professor, associate professor, additional professor and professor, according to data shared by the Union health ministry in the Lok Sabha recently.
