Can't restore Delhi power share without hearing Hry: Centre

The quota of power from NTPC's Dadri-II plant, which Delhi had surrendered in 2015, cannot be restored to the Capital without hearing Haryana to whom it has been reallotted, the power ministry said on Saturday.
