‘Islamic lands’ chapter removed

Chapters on “Central Islamic Lands”, which focused on the foundation of Islam, have been replaced by “Nomadic Empires” in the Class 11 syllabus for 2022-23 released by CBSE on Thursday, several school teachers have pointed out. The curriculum is also missing sections on the Industrial Revolution, they added.
