Builder killed at home in high-security area near CM’s residence

A builder was found brutally murdered inside his bungalow in the posh Civil Lines on Sunday morning. Ram Kishore Aggarwal (77), director of Jupiter Builders, was stabbed several times in his chest and abdomen, and his throat was slit, police said. At 6.40am, the builder's son found him in a pool of blood in his bed. No arrests were made till late on Sunday.
