Cops’ complicity, if any, in Jahangirpuri march must be probed: Court

It was an "utter failure" on the part of Delhi Police in not stopping a Hanuman Jayanti procession held without permission at Jahangirpuri on April 16 during which rioting singed the area, a city court has said.
