Fight among children snowballs into communal clash in NE Delhi

Three people were arrested and charged with rioting after a scuffle broke out between two groups belonging to different communities in northeast Delhi on Wednesday night. Close to 40 local residents were detained to maintain law and order even as police ensured heavy presence in the area.
