Special wine, beer bars in Delhi?

The city could soon witness the opening of special bars that will serve only soft liquor, i.e., beer and wine. The Delhi Excise Policy 2022, which is likely to be implemented after the lieutenant governor’s nod, has a provision wherein such bars can operate by paying a smaller licence fee.
