'Supertech not able to refund homebuyers'

Bad news awaits beleaguered buyers of flats in the soon-to-be demolished twin towers of Supertech in Noida as amicus curiae Gaurav Agrawal on Friday informed the Supreme Court that the real estate company does not have enough money to refund buyers caught in a Catch-22 situation.
