Delhi: Driving without a registration plate will cost you Rs 5,000

If you have bought a new vehicle, get its registration plate made before taking it out for a spin. The Delhi government’s transport department started a special drive on Tuesday, targeting unregistered vehicles with a fine of Rs 5,000.
