Hate speech calls for peremptory action: Delhi HC

Calling for strict action to curb hate speeches in the country, Justice Chandra Dhari Singh of Delhi high court said there continues to be instances of such speeches in the country and there have even been instances of demographic shifts in the aftermath of such hate/inflammatory speeches of which the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir Valley is a prime example.
