HC junks plea for hate speech FIRs against BJP leaders

Upholding the dismissal by a lower court of a plea to register FIRs against BJP MPs Anurag Thakur and Parvesh Verma for their alleged hate speeches in 2020, the Delhi high court said the petitioners should approach the revisional court against the impugned order.
