Delhi govt has challenged GNCTD amendment act, says speaker's office

Reacting to lieutenant governor VK Saxena's letter advising him to make changes in rules for the conduct of business and procedure in accordance with the GNCTD (Amendment) Act, 2021, the office of the Delhi Assembly Speaker, Ram Niwas Goyal, has said that the Delhi government has challenged the Act on the ground that it violated Article 239AA of the Constitution.
