Delhi lieutenant governor VK Saxena asks chief secretary to probe officials’ role in liquor policy

A day after he recommended a CBI investigation into the alleged “deliberate and gross procedural lapses” and violation of various laws while implementing the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22, lieutenant governor V K Saxena asked the chief secretary on Saturday to probe the “role played by officials and civil servants” in the case.
