Delhi lieutenant governor VK Saxena asks speaker to align House rules with amended act

Signalling another round of confrontation with the Delhi government, lieutenant governor V K Saxena on Wednesday asked the Delhi assembly Speaker to advise the House to make changes in the rules for conduct of business and procedure in accordance with the GNCTD (Amendment) Act, 2021, which was passed by Parliament in April last year.
