Tunnel vision: Why project is yet to ease traffic woes in Delhi

TOI observed the traffic on C-Hexagon and the Pragati Maidan tunnel for two consecutive days and realised that motorists entering from Mathura Road encountered a traffic snarl when moving towards Noida and east Delhi. The first major issue is that commuters who wish to drive towards the ITO side have to wait because the exit is blocked by the gridlocked vehicles.
