Delhi: Biker’s throat slit by manjha on flyover

The notorious glass-coated Chinese manjha claimed yet another life on Thursday when a 35-year-old motorcyclist had his throat slit on the Shastri Park flyover in northeast Delhi. The man was on the two-wheeler with his wife and seven-year-old daughter. They were on the way to the wife’s home in Loni to celebrate Raksha Bandhan.
