Delhi borders choke as farmers return for agitation

Monday morning brought back a sight residents of Delhi-NCR hoped to have seen the last of in December 2021 - concrete barricades, heavy police presence at borders, farmers squatting on roads, and traffic jams that stretched back several kilometres.
