Delhi high court pulls up cops on barricades

Delhi High Court on Tuesday took a grim view of the failure of Delhi Police in removing unmanned barricades from roads causing traffic jams. It ordered that a senior police officer be present before it on the next date of hearing on September 5 with an explanation.
