Delhi: Monsoon loosens grip, but rain may intervene on Independence Day

Several parts of the capital received light showers on Sunday. Rain is likely to play spoilsport during Independence Day celebrations on Monday, as India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rain over Red Fort area in the morning.
