Follow DUSIB practice, don’t carry out eviction during monsoon: Delhi high court

Slamming the DDA for carrying out demolitions overnight at the Yamuna floodplains, Delhi High Court noted that the agency must follow the practice adopted by Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB), which normally doesn’t carry out such evictions during the monsoon season or the end of the academic year.
