FYJC 1st list: Up to 5% dip in cut-offs across streams; arts sees biggest fall

The arts stream in first-year junior colleges has seen a bigger dip than science and commerce this year. Across streams, cut-offs have dropped for the third year in a row, this time up to 5%.
