Kejriwal defends dy, calls him world’s best edu min

Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday lavished praise on his deputy, Manish Sisodia, calling him the “best education minister” in the world following a story on “revolutionary changes” in Delhi’s education system that appeared in The New York Times.
