Kejriwal kingpin of Delhi excise policy scam: BJP

BJP on Sunday reiterated its allegation that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal was the “kingpin” of the “excise policy scam” and that “handcuffs are getting closer to him as nodes of corruption are being unravelled”.
