No discounts on liquor prices in Delhi from September 1

August might bring in the best deals and discounts on liquor for Delhiites before the run ends. From September 1, when government-run liquor stores begin operations under the old excise regime, retailers will have to sell liquor at the maximum retail price fixed by the excise department; violation could lead to cancellation of licence.
