Delhi vs Centre: SC hearing to begin on Nov 9

The Supreme Court on Tuesday said a five-judge Constitution bench would start hearing on November 9 the adjudication of disputes between the Centre and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi on the issue of jurisdiction over transfer and posting of bureaucrats in the national capital.
