Incessant rain for the third straight day in Delhi-NCR caused traffic chaos on many stretches with flooded roads leading to jams even as the weather conditions claimed one life on Saturday when a 42-year-old man was electrocuted in Ghaziabad after coming in contact with an electric pole.
