Mum: No bail for sea link accident accused

Rejecting the bail plea of 40-year-old Irfan Bilkiya, arrested for allegedly causing the October 5 sea link pile-up, in which five people died and 13 were injured, the magistrate's court said that his claims that the incident was a result of system failure cannot be believed.
